Whenever you install any software some software add their self in startup folder. Windows operating system will automatically load and startup all the programs that are in the startup folder whether you intend to use them or not, that’s why your computer get slower at startup.
But don’t worry we can remove the software from start up folder . Below are the steps for the same.
Works on Windows 7/vista/XP.
1. Click Start, Click run, type msconfig, press enter.
2. It will open System Configuration Utility windows, now click the startup tab.
3. it will show you the list of programs added in startup, deselect the programs to remove it from startup. except the anti-virus software (if you have installed).
4. Then click Apply, click OK, it will ask to restart your computer, click yes to restart. Note: to perform this task you required administrative rights.
