Apple’s Next iPhone Arrival (New Latest updates)

Apple’s iPhone launch is the most anticipated tech event of the year, and it won’t be any different this time either. All Things D has already reported that Apple will host an event on September 10 to unveil the iPhone 5S and considering their track record we are inclined towards believing it. Read on to find out the new features we expect in the next iPhone.

Apple is widely expected to unveil its next-generation iPhone on Sept. 10, during what is an annual product refresh intended to juice its all-important holiday sales. But this year, rival Samsung Electronics is poised to deliver some buzzkill to the iPhone’s launch with an event timed a week before Apple’s, according to sources familiar with Samsung’s plans. The Korean electronics giant is expected to unveil a new Galaxy smartphone on Sept. 4 in Berlin.
Since its first iPhone made its debut in 2007, Apple has faced an endless parade of smartphones running Google’s Android software intended for consumers. Wall Street and Apple enthusiasts have been waiting for the company to wow them with a completely new gizmo such as a rumored iWatch smartwatch or iPhones in different sizes and colors as well as some cheap iPhones in affordable range!!
So what can we expect from the next iPhone; will it be the iPhone 6 or seemingly closer 5S or even 5C? Let’s see what we can glean from the varying sources of the internet – some reliable, some not so much. But when might the iPhone 6 release date even be?
One thing is for sure, with the release of such super handsets as the Samsung Galaxy S4, Sony Xperia Z and HTC One, the next iPhone will have to seriously up its game.

iPhone 6 and the iPhone 5S are two different phones

Ever since Apple purchased biometric security firm AutheTec, word on the street has been that the next iPhone will have a finger print scanner.

The rumour mill doesn’t seem too sure whether the next iPhone is going to be the iPhone 5S or the iPhone 6. Given the iPhone’s history – from the 3G onwards, there’s always been a half-step S model before the next numbered iPhone – we’d bet on an iPhone 5S first and an iPhone 6 a while later.
However, in May 2013 Stuff reported it received a photo of the till system at a Vodafone UK store (which it has since removed along with the reference to Vodafone), with ’4G iPhone 6′ listed. Interesting.
It’s been suggested that there could even be three size variants of the new iPhone – check out these mocked up images by artist Peter Zigich. He calls the handsets iPhone 6 Mini, iPhone 6 & iPhone 6 XL. However, as ZDNet rightly points out, different size variants aren’t exactly easy to just magic out of thin air.
Could we see both an iPhone 5S and iPhone 6 this year? Some reports suggest a new 5S in the middle part of the year before a revamped iPhone 6 towards the end of the year or very early in 2014.
“With a new iPhone and revamped iOS coming out later this year, Apple is well-positioned to recapture market share,” IDC analyst Ramon Llamas says.

Fingerprint scanner
Yesterday, there was more evidence to suggest the same and a report indicated that Apple will integrate it in the home button of the device which will have a convex sapphire glass to provide scratch resistance. Earlier, references to the fingerprint scanner were found in the fourth beta of iOS 7, which were removed in the latest version.
Still, Samsung’s attack of smartphones in varying sizes and features is hard to keep pace with, and Samsung is expected to steal Apple’s iPhone thunder by beating it to the punch with a new Galaxy smartphone in early September, said a source familiar with its plans.
Samsung took 30.4 percent of the worldwide smartphone market compared with Apple’s 13.1 percent position in the second quarter, according to researcher IDC. Apple held 16.6 percent of the market a year ago.
At the same time, smartphones from LG, Lenovo and ZTE have made market inroads, especially in the Asia Pacific region, where Apple is seen as less price competitive. Apple CEO Tim Cook has made repeated visits to China Mobile’s headquarters in a bid for that market.
Google, meanwhile, stepped up its smartphone attack with the Moto X this month.
Apple will likely come out with processor and camera advances for its next iPhone. Numerous unconfirmed press reports say it may come up with a fingerprint sensor. That latter move would put to work its acquisition of biometric specialist AuthenTec and allow a one-touch log-in by way of fingerprint-scanning technology.
What remains to be seen is whether Apple will move to a larger screen size and offer a cheaper version of the iPhone.
So all what we can do is to wait for these Grand launches!!
